CANOPY SETUP
We arrived at Cherating Heritages Sanctuary Centre at 08.30 am.
Then we met Tuan Haji Karim, Cherating Sanctuary Officer to make a little discussion on preparation on todays event. Anuar, one of our team members called En Hasan, Supervisor of Cherating Marketing Enterprise asking about the delivering of canopy, chairs, VIP tables and audio system.
Around 9.00 am, En Hasan with his crew arrived and set-up the canopy for our event. We’ve helped them organized those equipment and settings in order to make it more faster due to lots of things got to be done before 2.00 pm. After an hour and half, all were nicely done to held our event successfull and im hoping everything will be as what have been plann..
