THE BIG DAY@NOON

TEAM CHERATING HERITAGES

A team from Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam Pahang lead by Puan Rosemawatee and En Zamreesham were arrived at the scene around 11.15 am that morning. They have bring down all the equipment needed in this event. After a little briefing, we have been divided to groups in order to make things easier to handle.







A team lead by En Zamreesham and En Shaiful were handling on the waiting hall, where its gonna be a places for student to sit and relax while enjoying a briefing with Tuan Haji Karim later this afternoon. Its also gonna be the place where the the video shows for student, the places for Asr prayer and the places for certificate giving ceremony later this evening. Event banner and backdrop also managed by this team.


GOODIES BAG
Meanwhile, Puan Rosemawatee and Puan Rohaida, which is our MC for today, were packed all the goodies bag. Those goodies are going to distribute to all the participant in this event. Inside there, u got orange t-shirt, which is our event officially t-shirt, a flyer and poster about turtles from Cherating Sanctuary Centre, a small towel and a mineral waters. They also packed a goodies bag for our VIP that have been invited during our event today.
The registration team are lead by En Harulrizam and En Mizi. They have been set up a places for registration, checking the certificates for participant and souveniers to our guest VIP.





THE TRANSPORTER


Last but not least, En Mawi, one of PPAP driver were handling the transportation things. There’s a lot of thing to pick it up before, during and after our event . Even though he’s our main transporter for today, hopefully he doesn’t drive like Schumacher due to lots of thing to catch up today. He’s responsible to pick our lunch at Mak Long Corners at 12 noon, pick up food and drinks for tea break from our event co-sponsors, The Legend Resort Cherating and Impiana Hotel Cherating at 2.30 pm, pick up laksa,
( glass noodle, an east coast famous traditional meals for tea-break). He also gonna pick up any tourist or backpackers that visit to cherating village that interested to participate in our event. For all informations, either than schools and hoteliers, we have informed chalets owner about this mission and they glad with it and will to let us know any news about it. They also given our event flyers in order to distribute to their chalet guest.


OUR LUNCH
All things were nicely managed and arranged in a couples of hours. We got to make make sure that we all in a good shape before performing our mission. Before we go for further steps, we take a break for lunch and Zuhr prayer. Our lunch menu for today is Nasi Ayam ( Malaysian Chicken Rice). It was very delicious.,( I think im quite hungry that day. I have two..hehe) All crew were told to get ready by 1.45 pm at the canopy.
